Before every service our team of stylists will sit down with you and have a thorough consultation to make sure you both fully understand the look you’re after. Bringing along pictures to show your stylist is always a good way of showing them what you want.
Don’t forget we’re here to help you with all your hair and scalp needs so please don’t feel embarrassed to let us know of any hair or scalp issues you may have so we can use and recommend the perfect products suited to you.
All clients are given a full consultation prior to colour service new and old.
Before we start any technical service you will be given an in depth consultation to assess your hair condition, style and any previous hair treatments. This way we can let you know exactly what is achievable and the most suitable course of action for your hair, leaving you fully informed and comfortable.
If you’re new to the salon or haven’t had a colour with us for 6 months, please contact the salon to arrange a colour sensitivity test, this must be carried out at least 48 hours before your appointment.
We provide in-depth consultation to decide which length and colour will be the best for the result you’re looking for. We will then organise the purchase and delivery of the extensions ready for your appointment. We use either ‘HairTalk’ tape extensions or ‘Richy’ UK tape extensions, depending on the client. Both these brands offer a range of not only super natural looking but durable extensions.
We offer services for any occasion, from parties to red carpets to weddings. Up dos, downdos from the comfort of your home or at our beautiful salon.
We have the right to charge a cancellation fee on all bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before appointment. This charge will be subject to the time and cost of the service booked.
