He has worked with iconic industry names throughout his career and has worked at the top salons in London’s Mayfair and Chelsea. Dan has had work published in fashion journals, he has travelled globally to look after clients hair, teaching at seminars and worked on product development for major hair care manufacturers.

Andrew known as Will – as a short form of his surname – is Co-Founder of Williams and Rice.
Having been in the industry for 26 years, moving to London and working in some of the most famous salons in the heart of Mayfair, honing his exceptional cutting and styling techniques, and gaining valuable management and NLP (Neurolinguistic programming) qualifications along the way.
He is well known as a session stylist for countless fashion shows and film/photo shoots both here and abroad, and boasts a Who’s Who of VIP clients.
Will is the “go to” stylist for Concierge teams from most of the top Mayfair Hotels, and the Connaught especially see Will as their firm favourite.
With 15 years under her belt, Chanel is a busy colour and hair extension specialist with a loyal clientele. She travelled the globe teaching and inspiring as a brand ambassador, and worked on many editorial shoots for luxury magazines.
Whilst having many VIP clients, to Chanel every client who sits in her chair is a VIP.

With a career spanning three decades, Sasha is experienced in expertly cutting all hair types and styles from salon friendly to avant-garde.
Immersed in hair from birth Sasha took her first steps on the floor of Vidal Sassoon’s Bond Street salon as a child. Spending weekends and holidays there with her mother, herself a hairdresser and educator.
Years later Sasha’s career began under the apprenticeship of one of her mother’s former students, Andrew Jose at his Fitrovia salon.
Following in her mother’s footsteps, she then embarked on her own Sassoon career. Undergoing their rigorous vardering programme before working in their Leeds and London salons, and teaching in their world-renowned academy.

Andrea originates from Italy. He started his career 13 years ago at one of Italy’s top salons.
Andrea came to London 8 years ago after working extensively abroad. In London, he worked on fashion shows as well as working in some of the top salons and establishing himself as a sought-after freelance stylist.
Andrea has contemporary and free-flowing techniques that create wearable effortless hair for the modern woman.
He is an experienced colourist with a gift for balayage and perfectly blended sun-kissed highlights.
Shelan has 6 years of experience working at multiple salons with a Level 6 NVQ. She is working devotedly to acquiring new skills through her training at William and Rice to become a creative stylist.
Being an avid learner she is always open to new challenges. She grasps new ideas and concepts quickly and can apply them skilfully. She is always keeping an eye on the latest trends and is always eager to try something different.
Shelan specialises in hair washing, and hair massages, as well as, cutting and blow drying. Her attentive and professional care leaves the client feeling refreshed and revitalised.

Rebieann AKA Ri is our front-of-house team player. She comes from a background of hairdressing for 15 years, competing and winning colour innovation awards for a London company.
Ri went on to expand her expertise by working for a retail company that sells thousands of big hair and beauty brands from L’Oréal to Schwartzkopft whilst working as a wedding hair-up stylist during her spare time. There is no end to how much knowledge she wants to absorb in this industry, now working on the industry’s business side leading our team as our front-of-house manager.
Ri loves working on creative projects to give back to the community. She crochets modern pattern blankets and toys for children as well as cooking food with her chef boyfriend for residence in her building, struggling with the cost of living crisis.
